With her sky-high pins, washboard abs and toned arms, Disha Patani probably has one of the most envied bodies in the India. The Bollywood beauty seems to like variety when it comes to stating in shape and has been using a combination of ariel yoga and ballet to stay toned.



Though Disha Patani has a good metabolism, she makes sure she eats healthy and has 6 meals a day. Her daily diet includes a lot of foods rich in dietary fiber, proteins, omega-3 fatty acids, complex carbs, vitamins, and minerals. Disha doesn’t believe in crash dieting and has her meals at the right time of the day. If she skips a meal due to a busy day at shoot, she keeps herself hydrated by drinking fruit juices, coconut water, buttermilk, and water.
